This is the continuation of my last Ibiza report illuminating the most beautiful spots on the island. This time it is all about the best beaches with cristal clear water and absolutely white sand – easy to find such places. My advice: go grap yourself a scooter and drive along all the beautiful beaches, you’ll have no problems with parking.

Cala Xarraca

Let’s start with Cala Xarraca in the north.  Though the beach is relatively small, it captivates through an unspoilt natural beauty and the turquoise See.

Cala Saladeta

The most beautiful beach we have visited this time was definitively the one of Cala Saladeta. This beach is a bit more hidden and not that easy to access. However on the way you will have a terrific view of the bay. This beach is a favorite destination especially for locals.

Cala Bassa

The sandy beach of Cala Bassa just below San Antonio is very popular with the locals but also with the tourists. It’s a real wide beach with the famous beach club Cala Bassa. Often it is very crowdy there, so I suggest you go there early in the morning or late afternoon and don’t miss to make a reservation at the beach club before.

Cala Comte

Not far from Cala Bassa is Cala Comte with the renowned restaurant Sunset Ashram. The Sunset Ashram is especially reknown for spectacular sunset views and is an absolute “must see”! However for any of these beach locations reservation ahead is recommended!

Cala Vadella

Driving the street on top of the cliffs to Cala Vadella offers some spectacular views of the bay and the resort of Cala Vadella. You can simply rest and relax in one of the restaurants with view to the beach. The Can Jaume  is definitely worth a visit.

Cala d’Hort

In our ranking list of the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza, Cala d’Hort is second behind Cala Saladeta. Though this beach is quite narrow you can enjoy a wonderful view to the rocky island Es Vedra rising from the water close in front of the bay. Moreover the restaurant El Carmen offers wonderful dishes and views to the sea.  From there you can go to Es Vedra for another spectacular sunset.
